
This European Taster – 8 Day Tour is a great way to see a good part of Europe in a short period of time. This 8 day tour visits many exciting cities allowing groups the opportunity to experience the culture from each country. Two full days in the City of Light – Paris is our starting point of this tour and it exemplifies a modern and historical city with so many things to see and do.
Our tour also takes us to the Swiss city of Lucerne and a tour of the Swiss Alps showcasing some of the best scenery and dramatic views in all of Europe. We will also travel to the Rhine Valley and the German city of Cologne with its impressive cathedral and historic old town.
No European tour would be complete without visiting the Dutch capital- Amsterdam. Learn about the rich history and culture whilst enjoying the canal-lined streets of this great city before visiting Belgium. The tours final stop is in the city of Bruges which is an incredibly well preserved medieval city with historical old town full of fine Belgian treats like chocolate and waffles.

The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, or more commonly called Sacré-Cœur Basilica is a popular landmark on the highest point in the city which offers breath-taking views of the city. Constructed from 1875-1914, it is a double monument, political and cultural, and located in the most rebellious neighbourhood Montmartre.
This covered wooden bridge spans diagonally across the Reuss River in central Lucerne. It was named after the nearby St. Peter’s Chapel and houses paintings within its interior dating back to the 17th century. It is also the oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe and the world’s oldest surviving truss bridge and is a symbol of Lucerne.
This Roman Catholic Church is the seat of the Archbishop of Cologne. Its Gothic architecture and its significance to German Catholicism attract millions of tourists each year. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its fascinating story of construction, which lasted more than 600 years, shows the detail of work in every piece of stone laid.
This museum houses a collection of modern art and includes works from Pop Art, Abstract and Surrealism. It has one of the largest Picasso collections in Europe with around 900 works by the artist and features many works by Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. Today, the museum also houses the most comprehensive collection of early Russian avant-garde artworks outside of Russia.
This museum celebrates the artist’s life and works and has the largest collection of his works anyplace in the world.. Located in Amsterdam South, close to Stedelijk Museum and the Rijksmuseum, it attracts 1.6 million visitors a year. Here among his work “Sunflowers”, you can also see his “Self-portrait”.
The main city square in Amsterdam and the place where the city gets its name from. A dam built on the River Amstel in 1270 formed the first connection between settlements on both sides of the river. Through the years, the dam was built upon and eventually had the town hall on it and currently is the location of The Royal Palace and National Monument.
